Beginning in 2020, residential property owners will be required to obtain the annual opt-out form and submit to the City. Service-wide mailings will not be sent out anymore per City Ordinance 11.07(B). The form will be available no later than August 1st of each year. Multi-family units are required to submit a form for each unit. Please contact City Hall at (715)823-7600 if you have any questions.
THE OPT-OUT PERIOD IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 2023 SERVICE YEAR. OPT-OUT FORMS ARE DUE BY 4:30PM SEPTEMBER 15, 2022.
