COMMUNITY FAREWELL FOR LOCAL NATIONAL GUARD

You are cordially invited to join community leaders in wishing farewell to the soldiers of B Battery 120th Field Artillery, Wisconsin National Guard. Based in Clintonville, the unit has received mobilization orders, and after additional training, will proceed to Kuwait.

The community will gather in the Field House of the Clintonville High School at 64 West Green Tree Road,
on Wednesday, August 10, 2005 at 7:00 p.m..

Please join us, and show your support for the troops, as well as their families. Flags, signs and banners are appropriate.

This is an important event, and your participation is strongly encouraged.

MAIN STREET FAREWELL: The Unit will depart from Clintonville on Friday, August 12 at 09:30 a.m.. We ask that all members of the community line Main Street with flags and banners to show their support to the members on their departure.

MVP Video Productions of Clintonville will create an edited production of the National Guard Farewell on August 10 and Main Street Farewell on August 12.  All taping, editing, dvd authoring and dvd duplication will be donated by MVP Productions to show their appreciation for the sacrifices of the B Battery 120th Field Artillery members and their families.

 Media materials for taping and production assistance have been donated by M&I Bank, Fox Communities Credit Union, Dairyman’s State Bank, First State Bank, Premier Community Bank, Associated Bank, Bouchette Electronics and Computers, Tag’s Auto Inc., and Lakeshore Auto, Inc.

100% of proceeds to be used to benefit the Clintonville Guard’s Unit’s soldiers and their families.

All orders will be available for pick-up at the Clintonville City Hall. You will be called when the DVD is ready.   Allow 6-8 weeks for completion.
