Child work permits are issued at the Clintonville City Hall, 50 10th Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. The cost of each permit is $5.00, which is to be reimbursed by the child's employer. The child must apply in person The form must be completed and brought to City Hall in
order for a permit to be issued. You can download a copy of the form by
