Clintonville schools with an enrollment over 1700 serves the greater Clintonville area. The school district includes one early learning center, (4K, Head Start & Early Childhood) one elementary school (K-4), one middle school* (grades 5-8), one high school* (grades 9-12),and two elementary parochial schools. Programs available to students include fiber optics distance learning which provides specialized and advanced placement courses, gifted and talented opportunities, special education for children with special needs, and an aggressive School-to-Work experience, a cooperative learning initiative with area businesses and industries. *Construction of a new high school with a community aquatic and fitness center was completed in December 2003; in addition the middle school moved into the remodeled high school. Fox Valley Technical College, located in Appleton, has a regional center in Clintonville serving over 3000 students with day and evening classes. Continuing education opportunities can be found within an hour’s drive at Lawrence University, St. Norbert College and University of Wisconsin campuses in Green Bay, Menasha, Oshkosh and Stevens Point. Three pre-schools and several fully staffed day care centers are available for residents with small children.
