Animal License

If your pet is lost, an Animal License might be their only way to get home!

The City of Clintonville requires all pet owners to license their Dogs and Cats yearly. The license fee is $5.00 for spayed or neutered pets and $10.00 for unaltered pets. The registration dates are from January 1st to December 31st. All license fees must be paid by December 31st. There will be a $15.00 late charge for any applications received after March 31st.

You can pay your license fees by coming to Clintonville City Hall, located at 50 10th Street or you can print out the form below and follow the instructions on it. If you come into City Hall please bring along proof of Rabies Vaccination and proof of spay or neuter for each animal.
