Transit Commission

The Transit Commission consists of three members appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Common Council for staggered three-year terms. The Mayor designates one member as chairperson of the Commission. If an alderperson serves on the Commission, the alderperson is appointed the chairperson.

The Commission has the powers and duties prescribed in Wisconsin State Statutes 66.943.

Transit Commission meetings are not held on a regular basis, please check with City Hall for the next meeting date.
